Cancellation

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure appointments. The deposit is 30% of your appointment value, this is redeemable on your service. As we have a large waitlist of clients in need of an appointment, we ask you please give us the courtesy of rescheduling or canceling at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment. If you fail to contact us within a 24 hour window to make changes to your appointment, cancel your appointment or you fail to turn up to your appointment, your booking fee will be forfeited. Clients who "no show, no call" will not be allowed to book again. 

Running Late

Running over 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being rescheduled to our next availability, in which case you will be charged for 100% of the services booked before being rescheduled. If we decide based on our discretion that we can accommodate you the same day by shortening your service, you will be charged the full price of the services booked. This is all done in order to avoid inconveniencing other clients who are booked after you. We will always do our best to run on time for your scheduled reservations, and we thank you so much for respecting our time as well!

Our Guarantee

We want you to be 100% happy with your hair. So if you get home and feel something wasn’t as it was discussed or we did not live up to your expectations for any reason please feel free to contact the salon within 14 days and we will book you back in to rectify. Please understand this does not include a change of mind or wanting to get to a result that was explained to take multiple appointments to achieve without damaging the hair. We do not offer refunds, and any issues that pop up after 14 days will require a new appointment.

We can not guarantee results if you don’t purchase correct hair care products from us or follow at home recommendations. Issues such as colour fading and unwanted tonal changes within 14 days of your appointment can be caused by using the wrong haircare products and improper care.
