The beginning.
Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive an online client consultation form to complete. This form, attached to your file, helps us understand your hair and your goals, allowing us to create a tailored Pélo experience just for you.
You will receive a confirmation text 5 days before your appointment. If you need to make any changes, please contact us immediately to avoid missing out or incurring a booking fee, as we have a long waitlist.
For your first appointment, we will need a lot more time and product to achieve the results you're looking for. Please fill out our client questionnaire when requesting your first appointment to ensure Kirby and her team are prepared and ready to help you achieve your dream colour.
Your personalised hair plan
We believe in the importance of a thorough consultation to understand your hair history and aspirations. During this session, we will explore your likes and dislikes, use visual references, and discuss practical considerations to develop a personalised hair plan for you. We will also address future maintenance and provide at-home care recommendations to help you achieve your desired results as efficiently as possible.
Your stylist will present you with a detailed quote and answer any questions to ensure you feel fully confident before proceeding. If you have time constraints, please inform your stylist. We are committed to working efficiently while maintaining the highest quality of service. Most color services typically require 3-4 hours to complete.

Following your consultation, your stylist will thoroughly plan the formulations and techniques to achieve your dream hair. Every detail of your personalised hair plan will be documented in your file. You may have a fellow stylist assist or offer advice during your service to ensure the best results.
We use the highest quality products and prioritise the health of your hair at every step. We believe that beautiful hair starts with healthy hair.
During your service, we'll discuss how to maintain your color's longevity, keep your hair healthy, and style it at home.
Feel free to bring a book, iPad, or work laptop to stay occupied, or indulge in a little Netflix and chill. We'll ensure your comfort with a warm cup of coffee or a delicious Margarita cocktail. Your time in our chair is yours to enjoy, with no judgments and complete relaxation.
